Weight Distribution (Level Ride) Kit
When using a Weight Distribution System, the ball weight remains the same, however the load is evenly distributed through the vehicle’s chassis to all four wheels, this can help with sagging in the back end of the vehicle and swaying.
It is important that the capacity of the Weight Distribution System is correctly chosen and that the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations are always followed.
To use this system you require a common 50mm square socket removable hitch on you vehicle. This will allow us to remove your current standard towing hitch and fit the upgraded weight distribution system to you vehicle.

Generator
If free camping a generators can be added to you hire. The Honda EU20i inverter generator can supply power for lighting, battery recharging and electronic equipment including computers and microwave cooking. Maximum output will run Heron 2.2 air conditioning in 16′ expanda’s. Use the Honda EU30i for all roof mounted air condition and heating. Both unit types are easy start and run on standard unleaded fuel. The units are equipped with 15amp electrical sockets suitable for the caravan power lead.

TV & DVD Player
A LCD TV Unit with built in DVD player and aerial can be added to your hire on request. Some of our caravans have TV/DVD units already fitted and included in the hire cost. Please check the caravan description for details.
Please note that in some areas TV reception is limited. The aerial we supply requires a good signal to work successfully. If signal is poor remember to bring some DVDs.

Portable Electric Brakes
Under Australian Road rules all our Caravans require electric brakes on the tow vehicle to control the caravans brakes. If your towing vehicle is not fitted with electric brakes we can supply a portable electric brake unit. The unit is a simple, effective and easy to use, all it requires is a working cigarette lighter socket and an existing trailer light plug at the rear of the towing vehicle. No mounting or electrical wiring is required. Please let us know if you require a portable electric brake system so we can add it to your hire and have one ready for you on the day of pick-up.
